The program begins with assistance for the selection of all design professionals, including site planners, landscape architects, structure architects and engineers. From there we assist you with selection of all project contractors which may include construction and landscape contractors as well as the many sub-contractors, which may be involved outside of the core construction contract. To finish the project, we assist you with selection of the appropriate interior designer for your needs to coordinate with the architect and builder.

The hallmark of the McKee Development Construction Management Program is our regular photo essays that are delivered on each project. You will be kept completely informed of all progress on your job via a personal blog site that will be set up for that purpose.
